Next step is a break from the house itself while we clean up the back yard, which sorely needs it!


Finally, more progress after a long break. We've been working on the yard but it's not quite finished. Pictures of the before and after of that will be up after it's done. Meanwhile, the exterior of the house is almost done.
Nov 2006 * The main lathe is finished by Dave, then the stucco guys from Safe-Way Sandblasting (of Culver City CA) added some ribbed lathe on the porch ceiling areas, finishing that the day before Thanksgiving. Then the day after, they put on the scratch coat. Monday the 27th saw the "brown" coat, then Dec 5th, the color coat.
