[Type A name for this shortcut:, I use FR4.4d]

Right click on resulting shortcut

Properties

Program tab

Put x in Close on exit box (may already be there)

Click on Choose Icon Change Iron

[filename box=] c:\fr4\fricon.ico [or your path to icon]

[look for icons in this file] c:\fr4\fricon.ico [or your path to icon]

OK

Screen tab

Under Usage pick Window

Click OK

Start FR via the new shortcut

Maximize (next to the X in upper right)

Exit FR - next time you start, it will be the maximized size
