Petition of D.W. Colony of the Town of Delhi, Delaware County, shows that your petition is entitled to a certain share of the property which belonged to Abram Beals, late of the Town of Masonville. Alexander and Huldah discharged their duties, etc. and took into their possession the value of about $2000.00 of real and personal property; that the heirs of said Abram Beals were as follows; Linda Colony, Lucinda Couse, Amanda Beals, Alexander Beals and the children and Huldah Beals the wife. Petitioner is the son of Linda Colony and is entitled to his share of the said estate and also to the shares of Leonard Colony and Lucy Platner by assignment in writing hereto attached. That Leonard and Lucy are the children of Linda Colony and entitled.
Ordered Alexander Beals (Huldah was dead) to pay amounts due the petitioner.

Note There is a Lucy Platner on 1855 Delhi, Delaware, NY census with Henry Platner, she age 44, he age 56. This could be RN 11574 with her lying about her age because her husband is so much older. Henry 1840 Delhi 1m0-5 1m5-10 1m50-50 2f5-10 1f30-40.

There are Platner's in Otsego Co History but unknown connection

I looked into the Henry Platner/Lucy Colony possible my
last trip to the library, but looks as if Henry Platner married
Lucinda Nobles on 27 Jan 1830 in Delaware County, NY.

Lucinda (Lucy) had at least 1 daughter married in Delhi,
Delaware County, NY, Sophronia Platner married George
