v3 pg116 Pipes, John Dec'd Citation vs Admr of. And now towit Augt. 17. 1849 upon the Petition of Anderson G. Cross Trustee of Isaac Pipes a Lunatic; setting forth that Letters of Administration were granted to Marshall Rinehart on the 10th day of April 1847 upon the Estate of John Pipes Dec'd; and that said Administrator has settled no account of his Administration. The Court award a Citation to Marshall Rinehart Administrator aforesaid to settle an Account of his Adminstration of the Estate of John Pipes Dec'd. (Isaac is his son who died 10 Nov 1884 at county home)
v3 pg 116 someone might have indexed this incorrectly as the partition of real estate has to do with Thomas Nicholas, Maria, Jane & Nancy KENT, minor children of "their mother, deceased". No mention of Pipes. However, in deed indexes, John's estate sells to David Kent (instrument dates 1849 & 1849) dated 22 Jul 1905 deed book 161 pg 231 & 233 Frnkln Tp 52 acres.
v3 pg 133 Pipes, John Dec'd Estate Settled. And now towit, November 17, 1849 Marshall Rinehart, Administrator of the Goods & Chattels etc which were of John Pipes deceased presents to the Court for Confirmation and Allowance his Administration Account of the Estate of said deceased. by which it appears there is a Balance in the hands of said accountant of Thirty eight Dollars fifty three cents $38.53.
